Meanwhile, more blah-blah-blah from Wyoming Rep. Cynthia Lummis

From the AP via the Billings Gazette:

Lummis says the bill is full of broken promises and most Americans don't want it. She calls the measure a "$1 trillion job-killing government takeover of the nation's health care system."

The House also passed a package of changes to health care legislation and sent them to the Senate. Republican U.S. Sens. Mike Enzi and John Barrasso of Wyoming have said they're opposed to the Democratic plan.

You don’t believe this health care BS isn’t broken promises?
Before I get into ripping your post up let’s get into the good. Good that someone had some balls to do this. There are good points in this bill. With all that I hope that this will move forward and good will come from this but I don’t see it.
Let’s look at broken promises. The public would get to review EVERY bill before there is a vote on it. Nancy gave us the middle finger on that one and said "We will have to pass it to find out what is in it"
This would be the most open administration ever. Old Obama gave us the middle finger on that one.
No lobbyists in the cabinet. Got the middle finger on that one.
Obama was going to change the way we do business in Washington. Did he ever by giving the double flying finger to the whole country on this one then telling us to kiss is hind end and like it.
Congress, senate and the president giving all of America the middle finger and then mooning the American people for 70% of this country doesn’t want this garbage.

Again please tell me what is the difference between what this butt clown did compared to what the past butt clown did with the patriot act. (By the way still waiting for the clowns in power now that hated this when they wasn’t in power and said they was going to stop it to repeal this...)
If this bill was so great why did they have to pay off for votes? Wouldn’t a great health care bill have everyone lined up to vote for it? Why is $100 million to a state, judgeships for votes being done to make this bill go though? Why isn’t this just about health care reform?
Do you understand that this country is broke? Why is it that when Democrats spend money like drunken sailors it is good and bad when republicans spend it mad? Vice versa for when the other party is in power? Do you see that we are about to lose our AAA credit rating? Do you know what that means?!?!?! That isn’t a little hit on the old credit score! Countries use our money as their backing for their money. Countries are dumping the US dollar and not buying our debt! We lose our credit rating then they ALL dump the dollar and we are SOL. So take that $300 dollars and go and buy your loaf of bread. We are cashing checks that can’t be covered. Things need to change in all aspects of government. So I fail to see why anyone can support this without REALLY looking at the big picture.
Oh ya I forget you said it already....... You are a party man. Democrat’s good rest bad..... And the people who just want good solid principles and screw off to all the parties have to suffer with bad policies from the Republicans and Democrats because they are just power-hungry and watch the pendulum swing back from one corrupted party to the next. Yahoo party men. Never common sense just lock step what the party wants.
